1. 锁定话题范围：这道题要求讨论气候变化对商业的影响。因此，整篇作文必须紧紧围绕着这一具体的话题展开写作。

2. 锁定题型要求：这道题是观点讨论题，要求对题干中的两个观点都要展开讨论，同时给出自己的看法。

写作第二步：构思——再解决自己打算针对考题写什么的问题

我这里使用的是考官Simon的倾向型立场的作文结构：

开头段：话题介绍+观点表达

具体到这道考题中，可先使用观点分歧法介绍话题，然后使用让步式写法表达观点——虽然有些公司会受益，但大部分公司会受损。

正文段1：论述对方

具体到这道考题中，正文段1可以先表明气候变化对于有些公司确实意味着商机，尤其是主打环保的公司，比如生产电动汽车的公司。

正文段2：论述我方

具体到这道考题中，正文段2主要说了两点：一是气候变化会使得公司成本增加；二是气候变化会导致极端天气频发，会给公司带来不好影响

结论段：重申观点

还是开头段表达的那个观点，只是换种表达方式。

写作第三步：写作——解决每段怎么写的问题。

People have different views as to the impacts of climate change on business. While there may be some opportunities hidden in this change for some companies, I firmly believe that it would put most of them under serious threat.

According to some people`s understanding, climate change can be a great opportunity for many companies, especially for those featured by being environmentally friendly. For example, with the great call for reducing carbon dioxide emissions so that the trend of global warning can slow down, many governments have introduced policies to greatly subsidize the development of companies that make electric cars and provide follow-up service. As a result, these companies make an enormous profit from an increasing number of consumers who choose to buy and drive their cars.

In spite of the above arguments, I would still argue that climate change can be more detrimental to most companies. Firstly, stricter environmental laws will make them spend extra money on controlling the quantity of carbon dioxide emitted during the process of producing their goods. What is worse for some small companies that produce chemical products, they may have to be closed for the sake of protecting the environment. Secondly, climate change makes extreme weather happen more often than before. This means many areas might have to suffer from natural disasters like floods, tornadoes and hurricanes. Once any of them strikes, almost no companies, including those making electric cars, can remain totally unaffected.

In conclusion, although climate change can provide some companies with new opportunities in the short term, it is more harmful to the healthy development of business in the long run.
